Role


Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement local training strategy and training management, analysis of needs by business strategy in line with the overall strategy, training trends.
2. Define training KPI’s and review regularly.
3. Steer and prioritize based on KPI’s, knowing the impact of the KPIs and how to improve them.
4. Set annual training targets in line with the company directions, size of the service network.
5. Assess training performance and Identify opportunities for improvements and corrective actions where necessary.
6. Regularly check availability of new training structure and materials from manufacturer.
7. Review and define local qualification program within manufacturers frameworks.
8. Monitoring and controlling OPEX and CAPEX budgeted by the company.
9. Coordinate external training support to fulfil local training needs whenever necessary.
10. Develop ways to improve the trainer competency to enhance training effectiveness.
11. Support product technical as well as qualification training.
12. Support drivers training and TtT for trainers and ensure the market requirement are met.
13. Achieve high standards of participant satisfaction and resolve training related complaint if any.
14. Manage overall training administration for nationwide dealers.
15. Perform any ad hoc or additional tasks as and when required by the management.

Job Requirements
Minimum 7 years of Training experience related to the commercial vehicle industry or industrial equipment
Qualified Trainer with TTT certification
Hands-on person with good interpersonal skills
Ability to work across diverse environment
