Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, Air-conditioning repair, brake servicing, engine repair, etc.
- Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and resolving complex mechanical / electrical issues.
- Carrying out inspections: Pre-delivery inspections, safety checks, and regular vehicle service.
- Reading technical manuals and schematics to understand vehicle systems and repair instructions.
- Installing parts and components: Engines, transmissions, suspension systems, etc.
- Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Documenting repairs and service performed: Ensuring accuracy in service reports and parts used.
- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with workshop standards.
