Duties & Responsibilities
*Performing maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, Air-conditioning repair, brake servicing, engine repair, etc.
*Diagnosing faults using diagnostic equipment and resolving complex mechanical / electrical issues.
*Carrying out inspections: Pre-delivery inspections, safety checks, and regular vehicle service.
*Reading technical manuals and schematics to understand vehicle systems and repair instructions.
*Installing parts and components: Engines, transmissions, suspension systems, etc.
*Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
*Documenting repairs and service performed: Ensuring accuracy in service reports and parts used.
*Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with workshop standards.

Job Requirements
*Technical diploma or certification in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
*Apprenticeship or prior work experience in an automotive repair shop or mechanical workshop.
*Mechanical skills: Expertise in vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical systems, etc.
*Diagnostic skills: Ability to use diagnostic tools (OBD scanners, multimeters) to identify mechanical or electrical problems.
*Troubleshooting: Skill in diagnosing faults, offering solutions, and repairing vehicles efficiently.
