Duties & Responsibilities
a. To order remote control and mechanical key for vehicles with all proper documents
b. To perform parts claim online for faulty/defect parts that are newly arrive from MBM
c. In-charge of keying password to Engine Oil Management System to allow technician to use the oil dispenser
d. To prepare and request special pricing from MBM
e. To comply with Workshop Process Consulting
f. To maintain Service Level above 90% and VOR below 40%
g. To follow up on all back order parts
h. To ensure fast moving item are always available
i. To ensure sufficient parts are kept to meet supply ratio
j. Meeting dealer standard set by MBM

Job Requirements
- Minimum SKM L1/L2, certificate or diploma in Automotive, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistic, inventory management, parts operations or parts ordering.
- Basic understanding of parts inventory control, stock replenishment and order processing.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with technicians, service advisors, and suppliers.
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational KPI and targets set.
