Duties & Responsibilities

1. To effectively promoe and sell passenger vehicles to achieve sales target and the require CSI scores.
2. Selling cars by understanding characteristics and features; developing and qualifying buyers as well as closing sales.
3. Demonstrate Mercedes-Benz products to customers by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; offer test drives, explaining warranties and services.
4. Preparation of delivery handover and follow up call on post-delivery.
5. Participate is showroom duties and external roadshow events.
6. Any other ad-hoc tasks/ duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
2. Ability to network and understand customers' needs, in line with target.
3. Possess knowledge and working experience in automotive industry will be an added value.
4. Some experience in direct sales. Its preferred but nit mandatory - We will train the right people.
5.The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
6. Strong communication skills; Verbal & written.
7. Compassion for others.
8. High standard - We do things the right way, no exception.
9. Good storyteller.
10. Never-quit attitude,
