Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage, including coordinating interviews and engaging with candidates.
  • Drive hiring timelines, follow up with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure vacancies are filled within target.
  • Work closely with HODs to understand hiring needs, manage job postings and build candidate pipelines.
  • Track vacancy status and recruitment progress, and highlight any delays or hiring gaps.
  • Analyse recruitment trends and identify bottlenecks and take initiative to address hiring challenges and suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure hiring requests are complete and properly documented before proceeding.
  • Oversee onboarding coordination and documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain HR reporting and manpower tracking to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, projects and employee engagement activities by driving assigned areas to completion in collaboration with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to recruitment and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies, drive hiring timelines and source candidates across various channels (e.g. JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in driving recruitment independently and working closely with hiring managers.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to take ownership of tasks and initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR reporting, manpower tracking or HR initiatives will be an added advantage.
