Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage, including coordinating interviews and engaging with candidates.
- Drive hiring timelines, follow up with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure vacancies are filled within target.
- Work closely with HODs to understand hiring needs, manage job postings and build candidate pipelines.
- Track vacancy status and recruitment progress, and highlight any delays or hiring gaps.
- Analyse recruitment trends and identify bottlenecks and take initiative to address hiring challenges and suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Ensure hiring requests are complete and properly documented before proceeding.
- Oversee onboarding coordination and documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain HR reporting and manpower tracking to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, projects and employee engagement activities by driving assigned areas to completion in collaboration with the team.
