566: MANAGER - SERVICE MARKETING (KUALA LUMPUR)

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement service marketing strategies to support after-sales growth across the dealer network.
2. Develop KPI for workshop truck retention at measurable ratio accordance to principal requirement.
3. Plan and manage service campaigns, parts promotions and maintenance programs to support dealers in driving after-sales business.
4. Work closely with dealer partners to ensure effective implementation of national service marketing initiatives.
5. Develop customer engagement initiatives targeting fleet operators to encourage repeat servicing within the authorized dealer network.
6. Support promotion of maintenance packages, service contracts and value-added after-sales programs for commercial vehicle customers.
7. Monitor dealer after-sales performance and campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve service retention and parts sales.
8. Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen service offerings and customer value proposition.
9. Collaborate with sales, parts and dealer development teams to align service initiatives with overall business objectives.
10. Prepare reports and insights on campaign performance and dealer after-sales trends for management review.
11. Promotional campaign designs are created using Daimler / MFTBC format and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Automotive or related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or after-sales, preferably within the Automotive or Commercial Vehicles industry.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of automotive after-sales operations and dealer network environment will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu; Chinese will be an added advantage.
