Job Requirementsa. To great customer and to register customer requirement in WIP and to organize them to be attended by Service Advisor. b. Clean, update and maintain customer database and vehicle record 100%. c. Exceed customer satisfaction in providing excellent customer service through company’s objectives and goals. d. To assist with managing customer waiting lounge in order to meet CSI/SEAward target. e. To schedule customer appointments and take messages as required by the customers and establish preferred date/time for service appointment. f. Arrange mobility for Customer (arrange taxi or shuttle service). g. To report any customer appointment chages to respective Customer Service Consultant. h. To coordinate pick up & delivery services with all the PUD drivers.
