Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
1) A minimum of a high school diploma (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, SPM) is often required for entry-level positions.
Work Experience:
1) Entry Level: Experience in luxury retail sales or customer service.
2) Mid Level: Minimum 1 - 2 years Automotive Sales or Aftersales Experience.
3) Senior Level: Premium Automotive background, Experience in sales, including handling high-value products, managing clients, and closing deals, is essential.
Skills:
1) Soft skills: Strong communication, team work, problem solving and interpersonal skills are valued.
2) Language proficiency: Employers typically require proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (the national language), and English is commonly required, especially in multinational companies.
Proficiency in other languages like Mandarin, Hokkien & Tamil can be an advantage in certain sectors.
