Duties & Responsibilities
1) To receive customer's vehicles with proper diagnosis and achieved desired degree of customer satisfaction.

2) To ensure customer satisfaction and retain customer for business sustainability.

Job Requirements
a. Ensure proper handling of customer’s vehicle with pro-active reception and proper diagnosis.

b. Resolve customer's complaint/technical problem and vehicle delivery to customers.

c. vehicle reception (receiving vehicle sent in for repair/service).

d. Check vehicle maintenance and repair history and recommend when appropriate maintenance services are due according to mileage

e. Carry out inspection check on the condition of the vehicle in accordance to the standard "Service Inspection Sheet”

f. Provide professional technical advice to customers after diagnosis for possibilities of repair with estimated cost

g. Carry out thoroughly visual vehicle inspection and record any information in the presence of the customers

h. Correctly key in customers instruction of repair jobs on the pre order with correct standard text

i. Dutifully filled in the service/maintenance booklets and immediately return them to customers.

j. Upselling to ensure company achieve target.
