Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum8 years of working experience, with at least3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within automotive or spare parts operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, parts operations, and pricing strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis, benchmarking, and report preparation, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing management and cost control.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical solutions in parts-related operations.
- Experience in warehouse and logistics management (3PL environment) will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities independently.
