Role


Duties & Responsibilities
1. Perform jobs assigned by progress controller or the workshop team leader
2. Ensure quality of workmanship is produced.
3. Carry out repair and maintenance work according to WIP order or instruction/guidance Team Leader
4. Perform workshop with the use of correct tools or special tools according to the guideline and MBM standard flat rate time
5. Inform Team Leader on any deviation or additional repair work
6. Perform self individual clocking of repair work before commencing work and after completed work
7. Correct application of diagnostic testing equipment
8. Observe safety regulation , company rules and regulation
9. Upkeep maintenance of common hand tools in the tool box and special tools
10. Maintain cleaniness of workbay and customer vehicles , ( clean up work bay by EOD )
11. Ensure achievement of SEAaward ( CSI,FFV ) score above targeted value
12. Ensure full compliance of MBM Xentry processes.

Job Requirements
1. May require to perform 24hr- Roadside Assistance
2. Carry out and perform vehicle quality check ( FInal Control )
3. Carry out Pick up and delivery whenever required
4. Perform any other duties ,which may be required
5. Ensure compliance of ISO 9001 and ISO14001
6. Full compliance of DOE , OSHA & Machinery regulations
