Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive dealer sales strategies to meet national sales targets.
- Track dealer performance against defined KPIs and implement development plans to strengthen dealer capabilities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and set dealer-specific sales targets.
- Drive retail and wholesale sales performance, ensuring delivery timelines align with market demand.
- Apply market insights and data to shape sales strategies, dealer engagement initiatives, and future expansion plans.
- Work closely with Logistics, After-Sales, Finance, Assembly (Pekan) and Marketing to ensure smooth operations and aligned objectives.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee CKD kit ordering to support sales fulfilment.
- Lead fleet sales activities nationwide and develop action plans to grow fleet business opportunities.
- Partner with Finance & Controlling to prepare support packages and discount proposals for dealers serving fleet customers.
- Support dealers in managing fleet accounts, ensuring performance tracking and accountability are in place.
- Serve as the primary contact for MFTBC International Fleet Sales for international fleet customers operating in Malaysia.
- Monitor competitor fleet activities and develop targeted strategies to win new customer accounts.
