Duties & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for contract management, calling quotation, payments, variation orders and final accounts.
2. To comply to all policies and procedures involved in project management, contract administration and as specified in systems documentation while carrying out the duties.
3. To upkeep centralized data management, proper filing system, update master list of catalogue library, master consultant & contractor list.
4. Prepare payment recommendation for consultants and contractors.
5. Check and verify the quotation submitted by sub-contractor.
6. Compile, evaluate and update costing and ensure proper filing.
7. Verify, check and control of variation orders.
8. Work with consultants to finalize and close the project construction account after completion of projects.
9. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
