RoleDuties & ResponsibilitiesTo effectively promote and sell passenger vehicles to achieve sales target and the required CSI scores. Selling cars by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers as well as closing sales. Demonstrates Mercedes-Benz products to customers by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; offer test drives, explaining warranties and services. Preparation of the delivery handover and follow-up call on post-delivery. Participate in showroom duties and external roadshow events. Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field. Ability to network and understand customers' needs, in line with targets. Possess knowledge and working experience in automotive industry will be an added value. Some experience in direct sales. its preferred but not mandatory - we'll train the right people. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Strong communication skills: verbal & written. Compassion for others. High standard - we do things the right way, no exceptions. Good storyteller. Never-quit attitude.
