Duties & Responsibilities
1.Ensure that quality workmanship is produced.
2.Observe safety regulation and workshop rules.
3.Perform diagnose on drive train, steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning system using MB diagnostic tools
& using special tools.
4.Perform major engine & transmission overhaul repair job as per WIS (Workshop Information system)
5.Perform test drive during pre-diagnose & post diagnose.
6.Guide, mentor and support QMT and junior technician.
7.To work on customer’s truck strictly as per the work procedures and repair guidelines of the vehicle manufacturer
by following TIPS, WIS and other technical literature issued by the vehicle manufacturer (MB & FUSO)
8.To ensure write proper finding & solution, compile all diagnose related Xentry document for submission of
warranty & Service contract.
9.To ensure damage warranty parts are tagging with vehicle & repair details, Handover damage parts to warranty
coordinator on same day.
10.To follow the clocking procedures strictly to ensure the productivity and efficiency are calculated accurately.
Clock "ON" of repair order before starting work and clock "OFF" when work is completed or interrupted
11.Inform workshop supervisor or workshop manager on any deviation or any additional work or time needed for
completion of job.
12.Perform check during vehicle receiving & found any additional repair need carry out.
13.Performance Venta-Vid for all service and repair carryout and share in our internal group to enable Service
Advisor share in customer group for their reference and update.
14.To Ensure the workshop housekeeping
15.To carry out the final control.
16.Perform 24 hours breakdown services.
17.Perform any technical job assigned by the Workshop supervisor & Workshop Manager.
