Duties & Responsibilities
- District person-in-charge to be fully accountable for all business operations across the portfolios in Sandakan.
- To lead the branch office to comply with company policies and will be responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance in Sandakan, developing profitable and quality project, increasing sales, efficient upkeep of the property/ asset, building close customers’ relations.
- To submit regular updates and interacting with Management.
- To be in charge of operational practices making sure that the branch operates smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales targets.
- To coordinate with, report and make recommendations to Management in order to maintain profit margins, drive productivity and improve customer experience.
- To ensure all departments’ operation are complying to the company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- To act as the key liaison person with the local authorities.

- Formation of Management Corporation (MC) – General Meeting

- Handing Over of Infrastructure and Utilities to Local Authorities
- Property and Land Bank Management
