Duties & Responsibilities
1. To sell MB/FUSO service contract to customer and achieve yearly KPI set by management
2. To monitor and oversee the service contract operational including inquiry, calculation, quotation, invoicing, contract management & cost analysis for MB & FUSO
3. To monitor the technical issue & response to dealer via TPR/PQR within 2 working days (MB & FUSO)
4. To monitor operationally After-Sales system hardware & software MB (Xentry) & FUSO (Ascent)
5. To monitor warranty claim processes to dealer and submission to Daimler AG/MFTBC
6. Provide internal departmental support such as tender/sales event, lead the special project related to feasibility study on retrofitting, conversion, and installation
7. Managing technical bulletins on any new technical changes/updates or solutions, either local or from the manufacturer & escalating to all dealers MB/FUSO
8. Product failure investigation & come out with local countermeasures & solutions or escalate to Regional Centre via TIPS for advice & identify suitable solutions from the manufacturer.
9. Regular meeting with Regional Centre on MB/FUSO technical topic
10. Leading special projects as requested, working closely with service providers or bodybuilders to provide relevant technical support, and working out procedures & solutions in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
11. Perform any ad hoc or additional tasks as and when required by the management
